The goal of this work is to be a comforting presence to the people for whom I offer support. Through the most pivotal, challenging and emotionally charged of all life transitions, I hope to create and hold space for the arising of peace, and perhaps, too, joy and beauty.

As a decades long caregiver, I’ve long supported both young and old: an arc of service which has extended from the first days of life to the last. This work is in turn supported by many years of spiritual, contemplative, and meditative practice.

I am a member of the Seacoast Death Doula Collective, and a volunteer with NODA (No One Dies Alone), a national organization of compassionate volunteers who sit bedside with people who would otherwise be alone. As a trained Forest Therapy Guide, I also enjoy and encourage restorative immersion and communion with nature whenever possible.

I encourage clients to consider the value of my services for themselves, taking into account their own life circumstances and resources. I offer a sliding scale between $35 and $100.
